Avtek MegaPlus V.32bis – Resetting the Linksys PAP2T

This one is a bit of an oddball. I had a chicken and egg situation. I needed the Linksys PAP2T reset but had no handset. Well until I realised my modem was a handset. We use the recently tested Avtek MegaPlus V.32bis Modem (Model CD950) with some trial and error entered pauses (commas) to time it right to dial the reset sequence.

The next step of course is to use the PAP2T as a VoIP phone exchange emulator. At least at a local level anyway. Interesting times ahead, for me anyway. Haha! 🙃
