Sega Saturn Phantom Universal Modchip Installation Tips

This one went into a Victor Saturn that had recently been unmodded. We’ve modded it with a much newer modchip created by Bad_Ad84 of the now defunct assemblergames.com. If he’s still out there, here’s to you Bad_Ad84! This modchip allows for the playing of backup CD-R discs. There’s still region protection present, which can be bypassed with either a replacement BIOS chip or the use of an Action Replay. Then again, there’s the Pseudo Saturn device floating around out there which might make modchips a little closer to being six feet underground!
