Sony PSone Laser Replacement with Extra Issues

Swapping a laser over is pretty easy on these little fellas, the same method applies to all PlayStation 1 models (even the chubby ones). The only difference seems to be the cable length. I’m sure there’s more going on under the hood, but chances are your laser is a clone and not a genuine part. Just make sure your laser isn’t corroded like some of mine were…! 😉
