Tenchu: Stealth Assassins does not get very far on this PSIO build.

I get the intro video with no sound, followed by a blank screen instead of usable gameplay.

I did not establish which specific part of the prototype implementation caused either symptom.

So this remains a straightforward compatibility result:

intro video, no audio, then blank screen.

Prototype test conditions

• PSIO hardware: 1.1
• PSIO software: 1.1A
• PlayStation: SCPH-5502
• CD deck: removed

No worries.

Hardware version 2.0 was already in the works.
