Johnny Five is alive!
I think I’ve won this particular 2016 game.
According to the standard adult BMI classification I had just entered the healthy weight category after coming down from an “obese” BMI of thirty-five-point-something.
More precisely, the conventional healthy-weight category for most adults is 18.5 to 24.9.
BMI is only a screening measure. It does not directly distinguish body fat from muscle and it is certainly not the final scoreboard for the human body.
In my head at the time though, this meant I had finally reached a nice place to live for the rest of my salmon, chicken, milk, high-grain and low-carb-bread days.

My master plan was to start putting the brakes on by gradually increasing my own energy intake until my weight stabilised.
That was the experiment I was running on myself, not a universal formula for anybody else.
Johnny Five NEED INPUT!
