A simple repair for the Aiwa, at least compared to some of the other issues it has been having. Replacing the Sony KSS-210B laser assembly inside the CD unit is what the above video is all about. Overall it is a slightly different design to the Mega CD 2 units I have encountered in the past. The motor PCB is separate from the PCB that has all the controlling microchips.
