One of the admins at PSXDEV sent me a BIOS chip from a Sony DTL-H2000 development board to dump.

The DTL-H2000 is not a retail PlayStation or one of the blue debugging consoles. It is an ISA-bus development board designed to live inside a PC as part of Sony’s professional PlayStation development environment.

Surviving BIOS documentation identifies its pre-retail kernel as dated 28 July 1994, which fits the very early development-hardware context of this dump.
