Here’s Sol-Feace running on my repaired Sega Mega-CD II.

This machine had been dead because its F301 fuse had failed. Sega’s Mega-CD II service documentation identifies F301 as a 2.5 A PICO II fuse.

Replacing the fuse brought this particular unit back to life. As always, a dead Mega-CD II can have other causes, so finding a blown F301 is a diagnosis rather than a universal repair recipe.

And as you can see, the Mega-CD is now working perfectly.
