Another round of experiments with the PCD-60B SCSI card reader in the LC 475.

The SD-card adapter still isn’t cooperating, and the Microdrives have not exactly covered themselves in glory either.

The 256 MB PCMCIA flash card is at least showing more promise.

This is worth treating as a compatibility experiment rather than a verdict on any particular type of flash storage.

The PCD-60B presents the card reader to the Macintosh over SCSI, but compatibility can still depend on the media, adapter, reader firmware and the host software trying to initialise the disk.

So there is still hope.

A glimmer of hope, anyway.
