Meet Toga the Saratoga (Scleropages) at UNSW Sydney! A Saratoga named Toga. I love that! Toga is a very large fish in an even larger tank, which seems like a pretty good reason to get the camera out.

There have been plenty of fish adventures here, especially with Trevor, Slinky and the community tank, but it’s nice to have a different aquarium resident making an appearance. Particularly one of this size!

Here’s Toga from a distance, huge fish, huge tank! A quick update from mid-2026. I stopped by UNSW, Sydney again to see if anything had changed. Toga was still there, still being a very large fish in an even larger tank! Some things really don’t change. If you’re after more aquarium adventures, there’s always Big Fish (Trevor) the Eel-tailed Catfish! and Slinky the Senegal Bichir!.
