Little Baby Borb Chip has only just arrived, and we’re already trying to set up a way to keep an eye on the new resident. The first experiment is an infrared camera, but the results aren’t exactly convincing. Perhaps we need to rethink the setup before the promised bird broadcast can begin.

Next comes a lag test. It’s no good showing off a tiny conure if the camera spends the whole time running behind the action! The original tests are a reminder that getting the equipment working is half the adventure. Chippy, please try not to outpace the technology!
