I’ve set my current fat percentage goal to be 15%, which is right on the tip of the healthy range. It’s still trending downward, so there’s a chance I’ll get there in time. For comparison my muscle mass / lean mass are both increasing as this decreases – that’s important to keep an eye on. If it decreases, you’re losing muscle which is very bad!
Weight goal looks to be on target to arrive sometime in September 2016. I’ve reverted back to Vegemite on my toast as 1000kJ of peanut butter caused weight gain much quicker that expected. I’ll revisit that closer to the 75kg goal. Exciting times!
