I think I’ve won this game, I’ve smashed through the weight loss and achieved a healthy BMI down from an “Obese” 35 point something. The healthy range is between 18 and 25 so I’ve just entered a good place to live for the rest of my salmon, chicken, milk, high grain and low carb bread days.
Above is a snapshot of the last three months. I’ve got a master plan to put the brakes on when the time is right which will stabilise my weight by increasing energy intake 5% at a time to find my ideal energy input. Johnny Five is alive and he NEED INPUT!
